Mining Engineer

Jackson Crutcher is a Mining Engineering professional with experience in underground mining operations, mine safety, geotechnical engineering support, and engineering education. He is completing his B.S. in Mining Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines with minors in Explosive Engineering and Public Affairs.

Mr. Crutcher has supported projects involving mine rehabilitation, tunnel engineering, geotechnical investigations, and underground operations through roles with United States Gypsum Company, Schnabel Engineering, and the Edgar Experimental Mine. His experience includes safety auditing, maintenance planning, underground surveying, technical reporting, and field operations support.

In addition to his industry experience, Mr. Crutcher has served as a Teaching Assistant and Mathematics Tutor, supporting engineering and mathematics instruction at the Colorado School of Mines and Red Rocks Community College. He is proficient in AutoCAD, MinePlan3D, and ArcGIS and holds current MSHA, HAZWOPER, and OSHA safety certifications.

Mr. Crutcher is a member of Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society and the McBride Honors Program in Public Affairs.
